A tribute where it is due

As the year peters out, I wish to mention SMH correspondent
Michael West as a fearless and outstanding friend of OCV/PIF.
His batting on PIF behalf in this not too distant past was inspirational
but, unfortunately, not taken up and utilized to its full potential.

The snippet below is just a reminder to us of MW clarity of vision.
It is a privilege for me to know him and to have made contacts on
behalf of PIF affairs at the time.
