I read on the DRO thread that they had used a capital company to forward them their R&D credits.
I'd expect FBR would do the same at this stage. Of course I would prefer other means, but I would definitely prefer that they get the 1st build done before a CR, and this may just allow them to do it.
In the updated 4C, they stated that they had $4m in credits, which would give close to another 3 months.
I am working on the basis that they were spending $30m per year and said that they had wiped off $10m per year spend...therefore $5m per quarter currently.
