Seems like this was a failed company prior to listing and the previous owners, unable to sell the company for the price they wanted, thought they would list on the ASX, collect a good wage and dump their company/shares for an inflated price.
Always got to do due diligence prior to buying a share otherwise you can get severely burnt on these rubbish little stocks
