I took another 15k a week ago and got it next day. I don’t think it’s necessarily anything to alarming. If I was a bank I’d probably prefer it in a centralised heavily secured facility rather than in branches for employees safety.
Risk management. I would be less concerned, but proposed cash ban, bail in passed... project prophecy alarms start sounding. That’s just the obvious.
