    interesting read. Actually I feel those distributions percentages are probably reasonabley accurate. That said since that report I would not be surprised if the domestic hoarding has continued a rise in percentage. The RBA also acknowledged in the report that the democratic hoarding percentage are under estimate due to not participating in survey.
    Also begs the big question. If the use case for shadow economy is only 5% why throw out the baby with the bath water by proposing a cash ban. I have begun hoarding for store of value and clearly a LOT of other people have done also otherwise it would not be getting as much air time on TV as it is or newly proposed laws. I honestly think there are attempts being made to hit the breaks from people running for the door. If my speculation is correct it really should send a message that people are losing confidence with the way the government and RBA is running the show right now.
