Mamy of your posts imply (to me) that the banks stonewall their customers, yes they do, the master of this tactic are the telcos. They stonewall you because it’s the least time consuming thing for them to do. They rely on a great percentage of consumers giving up. Any communication with banks or telcos, simply keep notes, dates and names. If there are any issues give them your records, if they still stonewall you, go to the ombudsman.
I’ve never lost, and it’s stress free. I’ve handled family money, got caught in some difficult situations......always resolved.
