Really??! He (Stang) sold 1.25m shares at $3.94/95, which represented 6.2% of his stock. Hardly "divestment". He remains one of the largest shareholders.
He is brilliant at what he does. Terrible at picking stock price trends.

SP today strong, and volume strong. Close up above $5.70 will scare the pants of shorts. Could be some funny plays in the next 50 minutes. Worth watching for a giggle, if nothing else.
