In all the merger activities, something that I had overlooked was the fact that Mineral Securities held an ownership interest of 91.6 million shares in CopperCo.

These shares are now part of the Copperco war chest and could be disposed of by seeking the approval of shareholders in the enlarged entity to cancel or buy back those shares.

An alternative is the disposal of the shares through a rights issue or placement.

Whichever way you look at it, that's an enormous liquid investment held by the company.
