IRI is my biggest Covid regret. I bought in at the wrong time not realising how unprepared they were for the cloud world.

IRI management are doing the right things and generating cashflow, albeit, as you point out not the best conversion rate. At least they are not using debtor factoring anymore, which made my blood boil when I discovered this.

I think the US changes in management held up their progress beyond Covid and hopefully the CEO now has a stable management team there.

I managed to average down (not my preferred method) increasing my holding with some 31 cent purchases a few months ago.

Let's hope the IRI team can continue to make improvements and at least hold the line on Collaborate.

Just my thoughts for now.

Regarding the debt factoring effect, I was surprised that it had a negative effect on their cash flow from operation for H1 24.
I thought that the interest of debt factoring was rather positive than negative on the cash flow, as you get the cash earlier.
As you said, they stopped debt factoring in Dec 23, so what effect do you expect on their future cash flow ?
