I am very sorry that VCR has let the sector down so badly with this faulty device leading to a Therapeutic Goods inquiry. I can't see how it can be a good result and I hope that the Courier Mail speculation about it being involved in a death is unfounded.

Ask not for whom the bell tolls! I wanted VADs to have a good name and this is a disaster for all products in the area.
