If someone is selling a heart device like VCR is sufficient to say 'we had bad parts but we didn't make them'.
Like what's the story here? How bad is this.
Next up they have to face HTW's suit against them making serious allegations of VCR breaching HTW patents.
An interlocutory application by HTW to have the case dismissed as frivolous has been tossed out but since then HTW has filed it's own action and it looks like VCR is in for a hiding from my analysis of the law.
I'm selling this troubled stock with the faulty heart device implanted into sick people and going for the simpler smaller HTW device!
