Dear Mr. Thompson,why will you not identify who it was that fraudulently used your union's credit card?

Do you feel you need to protect him or her?

Have you ever before protected fraudulent activity from investigation? And do you still believe that is a correct course of action ?

If you do not want to identify him of her,would it be OK with you if the man in the street assumed that there is in fact no him or her?
