Sadly I use photoshop. It allows me to draw where ever I like and is ok for a rough guide. I use no charting package but rather use bigcharts to source. It has a 20 minute delay on the intra day which is hopeless really and I need to do something about it.... thankfully most moves take more than that time to happen once they can be spotted forming, such as yesterday which took nearly an hour to get going.
