I think the same thing. Ann was nothing new but a good reminder. I'm hoping it was a P&D as I want to rebuy back in the low 4s. Time will tell if I kick myself for it, but today's ann was nothing new fundamentally so I don't see any reason for the spike to be sustained - though it was a nice run!
Just give me a 2 week window guys - then I'll be back on board the re-rating bandwagon! hehe
