This Cap raising offer is very clever and excellent for present shareholders. ...The HUMUNGOUS "carrot" is the convertible option at 25c on or before December 2012. With the SP destined to be well above 25c with revenue stream IMMINENT from GT3000 and CLRS [hopefully], I guesstimate $1-$4....we should see a SURGE in SP virtually immediately simply because the "attractive" rights issue will take out supply as current owners will HOLD and NOT dispose.......also varying the deal on building 2 rigs takes the pressure off the company and they will finance the expansion out of retained profits and NOT by a major "open-market" additional float......HAPPYASAPIG !...LEE
