Underwritten by Cygnet, any suggestion that this is a "desperate" move and that there are no "sophisticated investors" interested in CKK is, quite frankly, LUDICROUS. Less than 1% of shares has turned over since the ANN. Holders are HOLDING. There may be a little selling to get cash to take uo the offer.
