if you want to make your voice really heard instead of just hoping a secretary at solagran will feed back to the directors the gist of what is being written here and elsewhere, put your email address in a posting here labelled "i want your vote" and collect proxies for the AGM/EGM. it does mean you will need to reveal your name i daresay. there may be several candidates who have different positions, or then maybe nobody will put their hand up (i would volunteer, but i don't live in melbourne and don't have the same fire in the belly some of you profess to have).

i will happily proxy to whoever asks for my vote (you better turn up at these meetings), not because of any position you take but simply to get shareholder democracy working ("keep the b'stards honest" as don chipp would have said).
