A great investment!
The way I invest has changed over the last year. I avoid the resource sector. Now I have a preference for property and infrastructure stocks with predictable earnings, discount to NTA and healthy (sustainable) dividends. A more concentrated portfolio, which I accumulate holdings on any weakness.
AEU is the star of my portfolio. Those who hold it should be very content with this holding.
