That last deal may have fallen over but with a market cap of $5m and $4.85m in the bank this has to be one of the better shells out there.
The major shareholder here, Tony King; was chairman of MGB which has recently completed the acquisition of Whole New Homes which resulted in 100% upside for holders of the shell.
Given the re compliance rules I think we should at least see 100% upside from current levels in OGY.
