this is good news. At least we wont have to sit through a smashing of the sp to 3 cents and then settle for 4-5 cents. The board are obviously trying to cut the best seal and keep the playing field as it is.
Who knows what we wills ee in two weeks. My guess is a whole of company sale for 10-14. I dont think it will be less.
Because of Sedco announcement, I dont expect an alternative, but an asset sale of Crux or another is possible, if the wording of the Sedco settlement is not how it reads.
