Do I remember correctly ?, back to the BHP takeover bid of RIO last year, there were going to be possible hurdles from the European regulators approving the deal. There was talk that BHP may have to offload some smaller iron ore assets ( Goldsworthy railroad/Yandie mine) to appease the monopoly police/importers. Just wondering if it still applies in this JV situation.Thoughts anyone?
