I haven't really looked int othe JV much but I am guesing the deal is not alot different to Atlas Iron using FMG's port facilities for exports. Note how much FMG has risen! My guess is that if this JV goes ahead, then BHP/RIO will be forced by government to give access to third parties on there rail lines; something FMG in particular have been pushing for ,for some time. Also of benefit to other miners like AGO. BRM also rising today!
