Billmac, I am not really wanting to get into the finger pointing game or conspiracy theories.

Just posting logical counter-claim to those who believe the merger was a weekend decision.

I definitely think regulators need to ask some serious questions on corporate conduct prior to and after the cap raising for the benefit of shareholders. Everyone is accountable these days and being a company director does not make one immune.
