I think the sp movement can be explained pretty simply.
FAN 1
Prior to the announcement Farjoy were in the process of purchasing approx 200m shares.
The announcement was to inform the market of results post TD.
SNE 1
The CR saw approx 300m additional shares issued.
The sp was always going to drift down to around 11c due to the CR.
The announcement was unexpected as it is not for TD results.
The sp drifting down was on relatively low volume.
I think the sp movement can be explained pretty simply. FAN 1...
