Regarding the "pipeline projects" I tend to agree with your summation of the situation and in particular regarding salaries as compared to results over the last 12-18 months. also IMO so DYOR. Anyhow am always open to the "happy" wow surprise factor that may be announced with bio's but since the echelon changes not holding my breath - and yes I am hearing you that there are a lot of exciting bio's out there who will be competing strongly in the short term so some bio's need to lift their game and get results otherwise there is potential to lag behind!.
