I gave you thumbs up, because regardless of the actual effectiveness of the stimulus, I think people WILL vote as you say because of their perceptions of its effectiveness.

Now this is wishful thinking I know, but regardless of the outcome, I am really hoping that the contest is a close on, with the greens getting much less of the vote than expected, so we have 1. a functioning government, and 2. a nervous one :D
