Hi Prime.Have you noticed that there are some "missing" options?
If you look at the BAML substantial notice it says (Appendix'A') that they exercised 5.9m options on 12 March. The rest of the shares acquired were bought on market.
The Appendix 3B on 15 march was for 9.9m options being exercised. This means that there are another 4m shares that were not exercised by BAML. I wonder where they ended up? That's another 2.75% stake that someone has picked up.
