Really good post and encourage you to email something along these lines to the company.
In my opinion this deal is a complete stitch up. Point 4 above were my immediate thoughts.
I wonder if a class action is a serious possibility early next year. I expect to see further queries from the ASX and potentially even ASIC.
If anyone thinks this deal is in the best interest of us shareholders, why has the share price failed to increase since the announcement. Hardly a good outcome.
As per below, the price of battery grade Lithium Carbonate has just hit circa $41,000 per tonne (US dollars).
This deal is in fact eye watering but unfortunately for all the wrong reasons.
