In answer to "it's not fair", I assume there is not a SPP because it is a lot more expensive and takes time and attention away from their real work and not needed. If retail wanted to buy at .52, they had most of the last 10 years! Up until 5 days ago, it was selling at far far less than .52. I for one holder am happy they are just getting on with with, at a fair price.
