The problem isnt highlighting the risks, thats a good thing and very necessary - the problem is the attempt to create FUD and poison the well of the discussions under the (ludicrously flimsy and transparent) guise of being helpful.

Actually, let me try and recreate their style of post, but for GPR risk. Here we go:

(1) A “director” who wasn’t even legally a director — the Court confirmed it
(2) Shares issued at the kitchen table and uploaded to ASIC with a corporate key — reversed as invalid
(3) Years of JV opportunity flushed because GPR’s governance couldn’t pass even basic scrutiny.

I can only imagine how upsetting it must be watching all this unfold while being told to blame… Rimfire? The one party that actually worked off ASIC records, acted in good faith, and fulfilled its end of the JV on paper?

I worry for you, GPR supporters.How many more times will panic posts about “voluntary administration” and imaginary class actions be used to deflect from GPR’s own failings?How many more times will you be sold the fantasy that the problem is Rimfire — rather than the collapse of GPR’s internal legitimacy?How much longer can these smokescreens hold before arbitration hands down its verdict — and the reality sets in?

I hate to see investors clinging to false hope.There’s no avalanche of lawsuits — just noise.There’s no ASIC cavalry coming — if there were, they’d be here already.There’s no magical damages cheque at the end of this rainbow — only the arbitration result, which will deal in facts, not forum spin.

My sincere advice?Focus on the arbitration outcome. Let that speak. Because these daily posts whipping up fear of Rimfire are only making the inevitable all the harder when facts win out over fiction.And truly — I hope GPR can get its house in order for everyone’s sake.
