Feeling fruity today I see Nose, I like it. Time to take the gloves off. I assume you are so sassy as I exposed Billis as a Convicted Fraudster (according to the newspaper report linked on the other thread), aka ConvictedFraudsterGate and you and your buddies need some distraction.
Ill break it down for you buddy:
(1) " Your voluminous posts on HC paint a picture of serious alignment with the purported (mis)management by the Board of RIM" =>> I couldnt care less about the board, I dont have alignment with anyone. I do, however, have beef with people who write manipulative lies to support agendas which affect the share price
(2) "you profess to be a quasi-expert on litigation". I assume you have some issues in reading or comprehension, or issues of retardation perhaps? Nowhere have I stated Im a legal expert and, in fact, regularly point that fact out. I do however understand bits and pieces, and use AI to help me improve that.
(3) "Your comment of crying 'Director naivety' is clearly so misleading that I am embarrassed for you". No sir, save the embarrassment for your good self. Where specifically have I used that phrasing? I point only to what is apparent under my reading of the law (again, not an expert, I will repeat to help you out)
(4) "I admire your tenacity of consistently trying to 'flog a dead horse' in your 'ramping crusade'. I think readers will see through this. Your sentiment of Buy when you have posted that you are not a Buyer speaks for itself". I have never once ramped the share price. You, however, only want to trash the share price - why? We all know why of course, but why not just come out the closet? I have also gone over repeatedly why I do not change the footer - I keep my sentiment open and honest, so people know my bias when I try to be as objective as possible. If you take it as a recommendation, you have bigger issues to deal with.
Finally, and its worth being clear - when you write "RIM is in deep trouble by their dealings with a convicted criminal with a history of fraud" you need to be more specific now!!!
