Dear Arekski, those investors that have material money invested in Rim need to understand how high the risks are if Rim loose. I believe your posts convince investors to hang in expecting it will be ok in any situation. Im suggesting this is misguided
at the very least a loss is likely to lead to a long trading halt whilst the implications and way forward are determined.
at worst, there is a risk rim enters administration because it can’t pay GPR and struggles to raise money with a significant part of the asset base lost
of course rim might win and in that case things will be ok. But the asymmetry of risk doesn’t seem balanced to me
if investors see my post at least they have an opportunity to assess the facts and be aware
