Dear Arekski,
those investors that have material money invested in Rim need to understand how high the risks are if Rim loose. I believe your posts convince investors to hang in expecting it will be ok in any situation. Im suggesting this is misguided

at the very least a loss is likely to lead to a long trading halt whilst the implications and way forward are determined.

at worst, there is a risk rim enters administration because it can’t pay GPR and struggles to raise money with a significant part of the asset base lost

of course rim might win and in that case things will be ok. But the asymmetry of risk doesn’t seem balanced to me
