The poor guys in pain and you give him such a waspish reply!!! sorry :(
I would pop down to the chemist and get them to have a look. They will probably just give you some stingose or similar but better to have some one that knows what they are talking aboyt have a look and they will tell you if you need to see a Doc. If you can't pop down maybe you could just give them a buzz. (groan and sorry again)
