Youre interpretation is a bit optomistic. You picked out all the high spikes to make your case.
Given the wild fluctuations a average of some sort needs to be applied.
As a example if I put my negative hat on I would ask.
How could Oct be close to 400 BOPD when they had drilled more than 70 wells.
