Well it seems strange to me that VIC, when it had signed up SAT and supposedly was going ahead in that direction, decided to drop that and head off into an entirely different direction. At that time with SAT it had local Bolivian contacts.
Now we have a flip-flop (without any fancy data gathering devices on how far you have run) and VIC management is spending money they don't really have in trying to re-establish what they had there in the first place if they had stuck with plan A.
This will end up in a further frittering away of money on plane travel, accommodation etc and efforts to find someone to fill a position who probably won't have any more connection to Bolivia than they do. Just someone they can make out should be able to do the job.
I have not seen any of the plans announced in the last two years coming to fruition but plenty of shareholder money wasted or evaporated.
