Well if that was the case and if, as you claim, they settled SAT's debts and they had absorbed SAT into VIC then why, pray tell, did they then decide not to proceed with going ahead with the operation having outlaid that money that you claim they had spent. Seems very odd management decisions to me.

But their track record (pardon the pun) with getting into running shoes and deciding to go barefoot again before the starter's gun was even raised says a lot about their style of management. A lurch here and a lurch there. And how long has every one of those lurches taken, and going to take?
