a week is a long time...

in everything... especially before Annual General Meetings


So far, the Alliance (well we have to have some kind of name) has done the following things in relation to the Transol Annual General Meeting.


1) Weve been very active pointing out to the ASX and ASIC deficiencies in the Proxy form.

There are issues revolving particularly around Resolution 1 and the delinking of Directors so that we can vote for those we like.. or dont.


2) We have been requesting the normal shareholder information that will enable us to move to stage 2 of the campaign, ie obtaining the share registry.
Am advised that hasnt yet arrived. Will need to keep on top of that, cause we need to get the letters out as soon as possible about rejecting resolution 5

3) The www.watch.htmlplanet.com group through [email protected] is coming together really well.

Humerous anecdote time... the company has been referring shareholders to "watch" for advice on Transol.... oh dear... LOL..
