"Weve been very active pointing out to the ASX and ASIC deficiencies in the Proxy form"

because surely by contacting the Sec, Andrew, things could have been sorted out and saved having the ASIC and ASX 'eyes' placed on the Company and its Directors for years to come and their every step well into the future.

surely a quick simple phone call to Andrew Metcalfe could have stopped all the need to contact 'those' people ???????? As they, 'those' people will never stop watching.

The web site, I am in business, one of which is building web sites, so I can understand there could be some problem with changing the site to reflect the 'new' TNC, maybe they could be waiting on material from SE Asia or something, who I knows, I don't.

And in the in between time the wonderful Miss Tangrams has supplied a you beaut web site, that describes it all, and even better, from a share holders point of view, instead of a company glory site that only paints a pretty picture.
