Someone ,must have thought that he/she/them have done more than enough to get awarded, and claimed, the Long Term Incentive Plan shares.

Go figure, the share price has fallen to some records low, and the tumultuous event of the SoA failed dismally while someone face fell into their soups, and yet someone get incentive shares in return for doing all of that.
