That is correct, no further dilution (other than existing Options) IF Jinchaun do not take up the Notes. There can be no certainty that this is the case until we hear via official channels.
One must question WHY would Jinchaun want to take up the Notes now that Albidon has sufficient cash flow not to need them.
BTW this website is appallingly slow from here in the UK, is it the same for Aussie users?
