a wild guess re nyngan jiaming 1.3 million, page-10

Hi Delta - yeah never meant to imply that Nyngan would get JRV to $5 - even though we got 3000 tons scandium at Nyngan and 5000 tons at young - world demand at present is only about 10 tons a year - we could supply planet Earth 'til the next millenium...! However demand will go up significantly - and likely as a result of JRV being able to produce so much so cheaply - Nyngan is high grade ore - and the scandium at Young will be a byproduct of the nickel / cobalt extraction - and virtually "free".

Reducing the price from $3000 a kilo to $300 a kilo would produce a vast increase in demand (so I have read)

What could and will get us $5 a share and beyond is Young. You said above that "at present this is the only piece of numbers we have seen on this thread" - have a look at some numbers for Young...

280 million tons of ore - mined at 20 million tons pa - 14 year mine life
    280 million tons @ 0.58% Nickel = 1.6 million tons of Nickel X $30,000 a ton ($15/lb) = $50 billion
    280 million tons @ 0.06% cobalt = 0.16 million tons of Cobalt X $60000 a ton ($30/lb) = $10 billion
    280 million tons @ 30% Iron = 84 million tons of iron X $100 a ton = (approximately..) $10 billion
    There's also 5000 tons of scandium @ $3 million a ton = $15 billion
There's also magnesium and manganese ( I haven't done the numbers on yet..)

Ignoring the scandium (currently in low demand) and the manganese and magnesium - we still have $70 billion in potential revenue over 14 years... that's $5 billion a year in revenue - less "costs"...

$70 billion less $20 billion cost of production leaves $50 billion - less 30% tax leaves $35 billion - give half to Joint Venture Partner leaves $18 billion - divided by 2 billion shares leaves $9 a share - throw in a bit of scandium and call it about $10 a share in about 10 years... a growth in share price (ball park figure) of $1 a year from the commencement of production at Young...

ADD TO THIS - A SHARE BUYBACK SCHEME:

2 billion shares @ 2 cents is only $40 million. With a multi billion dollar annual income, JRV should buy back it's own shares from the day traders while they're still cheap (2 cents will have gone - but 10, 20, 50 cents or $1...)

Reducing the number of shares on issue should proportionately increase share price:

A reduction from 2 billion to 1 billion shares should double our $10 share to $20
A reduction from 2 billion to 500 million shares should a share price of $40
A reduction from 2 billion to 200 million shares should see a share price of $100 in 10 years - about $10 a year...

    THIS IS THEORETICALLY REALISTICALLY ACHIEVABLE...

Delta - does this bring back that "good feeling" you had for a couple of minutes?
