BHP want to flog off Ravensthorpe ASAP and I would expect the process to only take a few weeks from the first round offers. A lot will depend on how close the offers are. The WA gov will also be pushing for a decision to made quickly as it will also mean jobs. Also BHP isn't run by Russians. Thank god! IMO there is only about 3 serious contenders in the race. Poseidon, Minara and Clive Palmer.
I agree it will take some serious money that is why Poseidon have got Jinchuan involved.
Cawse can be anyones guess on a date. Norilsk are just in no rush.
