I hear you, but I dont.

A well mannered, polite and reasonable presentation of false logic.

Wrist slashers, drug overdosers, gamblers and other self harmers are widely viewed as appropriate recipients of public concern and public policy focus.

Somehow, smoking just buzzes along the groundline and under the radar ... unjustifiably so imo, no matter how unpopular this view is.

Going back to the 6 win wins at the start of this thread, why wouldnt you want a government to deliver better outcomes where possible? It is mediocre public policy to ignore the issue.
