placing a limit on transaction totals can be done remotely "at the flick of a switch" on a machine-by-machine basis. ffs, software upgrades are done remotely on lower end triton machines, let alone the top of the range bank atms.

the ABA is just the front for a bunch of extortionists.

this is just more good news for cus IMO as it means more transactions at bars, clubs etc as people run out of cash more often. anyone who has done work on atm feasibility will know that an average lower transaction value means you dont have to top up as much, but still clip the ticket per transaction.
