Hi there EMC2,

when I read your original post on the subject, I went and did a little reading myself. the PLV thread is very enlightning and shows how people feel about the brokers.If you have an opportunity, do take the time to read the threads EMC2 has highlighted.

On a side note, my wife and I realised some 15 years ago that having a financial planner to mark out your financial future is a terrible waste of $$. I think I am savvy enough, or is it old enough now to realise I can also place my hard earned into companies like the big banks,BHP's etc etc.
