    Even if the SP is slightly below the 50cent exercise price, it would be better for the directors to exercise their options:

    1. Shows confidence in the stock
    2. If they buy on open market and they know of information that hasn't been released - insider trading. Instead, by exercising the options - you can say "Your Honour, I was just exercising long standing options in the company"
