hay...thanks for your post re charges per transaction, seems $1.75 is gross ammount, though I am thinking HHL must be happy with the figures, they've got over 50-mil shares......Sarge...I don't know if banks have the same ATM operating costs as CUS etc. I've noticed banks atms are mostly outside their own building as opposed to the other providers whose machines are more scattered & remote, which of course is their market niche, (though I do wonder about supermarket atms when shoppers can use eftpos with cash out instead) so they do have to get those costs right.
