Thx for the responses, as always glad to have your opinions.

As you both know, I'm massively overweight on CVN, and extremely bullish. That said, or probably because of that, I'm very interested in hearing the "contrary" view.

I'm interested to hear from Steelpig again, because he's been around the traps awhile, and has lived through CVN's very early days. Granted EL, it is probably not relevant to today's CVN, but all the same I'm curious to hear how/why the old CVN went wrong way back when.

Harlee, all Oilers have risks of production, simple fact of life. I'm not suggesting CVN is risky, merely that there are known risks in the extraction of oil.

Don't get too defensive about other people's opinions. The more we know, the better decisions we are able to make. At this stage I'm unable to fully evaluate Steelpig's comments (or his motivation), hence the hope he will explain his position in a bit more detail.
