We always hear that funds do not enter stocks until they are +/- $100m MC .This is due to the risk paramaters / investment gates and other criteria all built in to their investing models etc. And here we have Pengana and Terra wading in to MTM at around $100m MC .These dudes are much smarter than you or I. Pengana is at/in the top of the Australian FM pack in terms of returns for investors. I have checked the Pengana website this morning and MTM has not yet shown up in the list of their High Conviction Australian Equity fund stocks however i am sure this is where their holding is going - right next to IPX which they have 20x on already and still see 10x in it. I cannot stress enough how big a deal this is. As they also say - follow the smart money.
